Start with the symptom
Share the error message, broken page or feature, what changed recently and how the issue affects the site. I check logs and the relevant WordPress, hosting and browser context before changing things.
Isolate the cause
The problem may sit in a plugin, theme, PHP version, permissions, cache, database setting, DNS record or server configuration. The goal is to identify the smallest useful scope instead of replacing unrelated parts.
Apply a controlled fix
Changes are kept focused and reversible where practical. I avoid broad updates or redesign work unless they are directly required to solve the issue you hired me for.
Test the affected workflow
The repaired page, form, login, redirect or admin action is checked again. If the fault depends on a third-party service or host limitation, that boundary is documented clearly.

Keep the scope proportionate
This service is for focused troubleshooting and repair. Large custom application development, major plugin rewrites and complex bespoke integrations are scoped separately.
Before starting, we agree on access, the requested outcome, testing and anything clearly outside the job. Hosting subscriptions, premium software and third-party charges remain separate unless stated otherwise.
