What the result does not prove
Intent grouping is heuristic. Search Console exports can use localized column names, which must be changed to Query, Clicks and Impressions for aggregation.
Search visibility depends on crawlability, relevance, content quality, competition, links and many other signals. No browser tool can guarantee rankings.

No. It identifies a narrow technical or content-planning issue. Use the result with real page context and Search Console data.
Does the tool send my text to a server?
Most tools run entirely in your browser. The Website Speed Test is the exception: it sends the public URL you enter to Google PageSpeed Insights.
Should I repeat keywords more often?
No. Write naturally, answer the searcher's task, use descriptive headings and internal links, and avoid forced repetition.
