How does the anniversary tracker work?
Pick the date it all started — your wedding day, engagement date or the day your relationship began — and press “Track anniversary”. The tool shows your exact time together in years, months and days using real calendar maths, then finds your next anniversary and starts a live countdown to it.
It also names the milestone: your 1st, 5th, 10th, 25th anniversary and beyond. The countdown ticks every second and automatically moves to the following year once the day arrives.
Which anniversary number is coming up, and what are the traditional gifts?
The tool tells you the anniversary number directly. Traditional gift themes are a lovely guide for milestone years: 1st paper, 5th wood, 10th tin/aluminium, 15th crystal, 20th china, 25th silver, 30th pearl, 40th ruby, 50th gold, 60th diamond. These are the widely recognised traditional lists — modern lists differ slightly, but the classics never go out of style.
In Pakistan and India, the 25th (silver jubilee) and 50th (golden jubilee) anniversaries are often celebrated as big family events — use the countdown to plan the gathering and share the date with relatives.
How is “years, months and days together” calculated?
With true calendar arithmetic: complete years first, then whole months, then days — respecting actual month lengths and leap years. So from 14 August 2020 to 8 October 2026 the answer is 6 years, 1 month and 24 days, exactly as you'd count on a calendar.

Is my date stored or shared?
