Type your details, pick a theme, optionally add a logo, and download a 1050×600 business card PNG — no watermark.

Preview is at reduced size — the download is a full 1050×600 PNG.

Make a professional business card without design software: type your name, job title, company and contact details, choose from six polished colour themes, optionally add your logo, and download a 1050×600 PNG — the classic 3.5×2 inch ratio at print-friendly resolution. It runs entirely in your browser: no account, no watermark, no uploads.

How do I make a business card with this tool?

  1. Type your details — full name, job title, company, phone, email, website and address. Leave any field blank and it simply will not appear.
  2. Pick a theme — six professional palettes from midnight navy to minimal white.
  3. Add a logo (optional) — upload a square logo or let the tool draw your initials as a monogram.
  4. Check the live preview — what you see is exactly the PNG you download.
  5. Download — a 1050×600 PNG, the 3.5×2 inch business-card ratio at 300 DPI.

What makes a business card look professional?

Restraint. One accent colour plus dark text on a light card (or light text on a dark card) beats a rainbow every time — that is why the six themes are deliberately conservative. Hierarchy matters: your name is the biggest element, then your title, then contact details in a smaller, quieter size. Leave white space: cramming every social handle onto the card makes none of them readable; phone, email and one web address are enough. And proofread twice — a typo on a business card undermines the professionalism the card is meant to project.

Can I print these business cards?

Yes — the 1050×600 export is the standard 3.5×2 inch card at 300 DPI, which is what print shops ask for. Save the PNG and send it to any local printer, or print a test sheet at home first to check colours. One tip from print practice: very dark themes can look slightly different on paper than on screen, so if colour accuracy matters, print one test card before ordering a batch. The tool designs the front of the card; most people leave the back blank or add a QR code linking to their website.

What details should go on a business card?

The essentials: name, job title, company, phone number and email. A website or WhatsApp number is the natural sixth item in Pakistan, where WhatsApp is often the primary business channel. Skip your home address (a city is enough), skip fax (it is 2026), and skip more than one phone number unless you truly answer both. If you are a freelancer, your “company” can simply be your name plus your craft — “Ahmed Raza · Web Developer” reads perfectly well.

What are the limitations?

This tool designs a single-sided card with one fixed classic layout — left accent bar, name and title prominent, contact details below. You cannot rearrange elements, add a second side, or use custom fonts beyond the four built-in styles; the layout is deliberately fixed so the result always looks balanced. Exports are PNG only (no PDF or vector formats), so for offset printing in the thousands, a designer’s vector file would still be preferable.

Frequently asked questions

Is the business card maker really free?

Yes — unlimited cards, all six themes, no account. The card is drawn by code in your browser, so there is no per-card cost behind a paywall.

Will my business card have a watermark?

No. The PNG contains only your card design — a watermarked business card would be useless, so there is none.

What size is the downloaded card?

1050×600 pixels, the classic 3.5×2 inch business-card ratio at 300 DPI — the resolution print shops expect.

Can I add my company logo?

Yes — upload any square-ish logo image and it appears in the top-right corner. Without a logo, the tool draws a neat monogram circle from your initials instead.

Is this the front or the back of the card?

The front. It carries your name, title and contact details — everything a new contact needs. Most people leave the back blank or add a QR code to their website.

Do my details get uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything is drawn on a canvas in your browser tab and the PNG is generated locally. Your phone number and email never leave your device.
