Type notes in a distraction-free text area that autosaves to your browser’s local storage as you write, shows a live word count, and can open and download plain .txt files.
How to use the online notepad
- Start typing; the note saves automatically.
- Come back later in the same browser and your note is still there.
- Download it as a .txt file to keep a copy or move it to another device.
Privacy
Notes are stored only in this browser (local storage). They are not uploaded or synced. That also means clearing your browser data or using a private window will remove them, so download anything important.
