Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) serves Peshawar and most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Its bills are published on the official PITC bill server. Type your reference number and this tool opens your current duplicate bill there, ready to view, save as PDF or print.
How to check your PESCO bill
- Find the 14-digit reference number on any old bill.
- Type it in the box (spaces are fine) and press View & print bill.
- Your bill opens on the official server. Use your browser’s Print or Save as PDF.
About PESCO
Peshawar Electric Supply Company is one of Pakistan’s government-owned electricity distribution companies (DISCOs). It supplies Peshawar and most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bills are generated monthly and can be paid at banks, post offices, mobile wallets and banking apps until the due date shown on the bill.
Reading your bill
- Units consumed = present reading − previous reading.
- Peak / off-peak units apply to time-of-use (TOU) meters.
- FPA (fuel price adjustment) and QTA (quarterly tariff adjustment) are added on top of the energy charge.
- Taxes include GST, electricity duty and, for some consumers, income tax and further tax.
- Payable after due date includes a late payment surcharge.
Estimate your next bill’s units with the electricity units calculator.
Complaints and helplines
For power outages, wrong readings or billing complaints, call the power helpline 118 from a landline, contact your local PESCO sub-division office (its address is printed on the bill), or use the Roshan Pakistan app / PM Portal.
How to use

Use cases in Pakistan
In Pakistan, duplicate bills are a monthly need: the paper bill never arrives or fades, and banks and JazzCash/Easypaisa agents ask for the reference number to accept payment. Consumers use this page to get the bill on their phone in seconds, then pay through any bank app, 1Link or Raast — tenants verify landlords’ claimed amounts and everyone checks units against the meter reading.
Tasks like this recur on fixed rhythms — monthly bills, admission seasons, Ramazan, tax time — and each recurrence is smoother with the right helper bookmarked. It is a small thing that makes a bureaucratic process feel manageable.
Limitations
This is an independent helper, not the DISCO or government website — for complaints or corrections, contact the distribution company directly. Bill data comes from the official server, so mistyped reference numbers or DISCO downtime mean no bill loads. It cannot pay the bill for you.
Official sources remain authoritative: this helper simplifies the routine, but disputes, certifications and legal matters belong with the issuing authority. When a figure looks off, verify against the official record before acting.
Frequently asked questions
Is this the official website?
No. This is an independent helper. It builds the link to the official PITC bill server that your electricity company uses, so the bill you see comes directly from the official source. Keep the reference numbers (bill, consumer, account) handy in your phone’s notes; this task recurs, and retyping from paper each time wastes the minutes the tool saves.
Where is the reference number on my bill?
It is printed near the top of the bill, usually labelled “Reference No”, and has 14 digits (for example 10 11251 0994700). Some bills show a letter such as U or R after it – you can ignore the letter. If something looks off, re-enter the inputs carefully before assuming an error — most surprises trace back to a mistyped digit.
Can I pay the bill online?
Yes. Use your bank’s app, JazzCash, Easypaisa or any 1Link/Raast-enabled app and choose the electricity company. You only need the reference number. When a figure affects money or official records, cross-check against the official source once — the tool simplifies the routine, but the authority’s record is final.
Is my reference number saved?
Only in your own browser, so it can be filled in next time. It is not sent to this website. Keep the reference numbers (bill, consumer, account) handy in your phone’s notes; this task recurs, and retyping from paper each time wastes the minutes the tool saves.
Is my data uploaded or stored?
No. This tool runs entirely in your browser — what you type or paste never leaves your device, is never sent to a server, and is never stored. Closing the tab removes all trace. If something looks off, re-enter the inputs carefully before assuming an error — most surprises trace back to a mistyped digit.
Is it really free? Do I need an account?
Yes, free, and no account needed. Open the page and use it — no sign-up, no trial, no watermark on results. When a figure affects money or official records, cross-check against the official source once — the tool simplifies the routine, but the authority’s record is final.
