METHOD

How this tool works

Retention = (ending customers − new customers) / starting customers × 100. Counts must refer to the same period.

Enter customers at start, customers at end, new customers. Update the result, inspect it, then copy or download the output. Reset restores the example inputs so you can start a new calculation.

Example inputs: Customers at start: 200 · Customers at end: 230 · New customers: 50.
