Decimal hours
Payroll systems usually need decimal hours: 7 hours 30 minutes is 7.5 hours, 45 minutes is 0.75. Divide minutes by 60.
Frequently asked questions
Can I enter a night shift?
Yes. If the end time is earlier than the start time, the shift is treated as ending the next day.
